| Hope for Haiti supports all 150 children that attend Ecole du St. Espirit de Grand Sable as well as pay the costs of the teachers and director. Currently the school is comprised of preschool through second grade. The original school building had a dirt floor, thatch walls and a tin roof. It was destroyed during a hurricane in 2007. In 2009 Hope for Haiti completed construction of a new a five room school building to replace the structure destroyed in 2007. |

| Hope for Haiti supports sustainable development on Ile-a-Vache through farming, self sustainable chicken production projects and a sail distribution program through a partnership with Sails for Sustenance, a Miami based non-profit organization. |
